Refund Policy

The short version: If you're not happy in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment in full. No questions asked.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid Taxo plan (Basic €9/mo or Pro €19/mo) and decide within 14 calendar days of your first payment that the service isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of that first payment. Just email taxoapp.team@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

2. Monthly subscriptions after the first 14 days

After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If Taxo is materially broken (a critical feature you paid for is unavailable for more than 72 hours due to our fault), email support and we will refund the pro-rated amount or extend your subscription, whichever you prefer.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued.

7. Consumer rights

This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country of residence (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).
