These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taxo ("Service", "we", "us"), a SaaS platform that helps self-employed individuals (autónomos) in Spain automate tax calculations, generate declarations, and manage compliance. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Taxo provides software tools to help you track income and expenses, calculate IVA, IRPF and cuota, generate PDF tax filings (Modelo 303, 130, etc.), receive deadline reminders, and access an AI assistant for general tax questions. Taxo is software — not a substitute for personalized legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of declarations you file with Spanish tax authorities (AEAT).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access. One account per individual.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. You may export your data at any time.
The AI assistant provides general guidance based on publicly available information about Spanish tax law. It is not personalized legal or accounting advice. For complex situations, consult a licensed gestor or asesor fiscal.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect tax filings — you are responsible for reviewing all declarations before submitting them to AEAT.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine (the country where Taxo's operator is based). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
